Under general supervision of the Office Coordinator, performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties.
The Office Assistant welcomes visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone with follow-up to answer questions or referring to the appropriate city staff.
Duties include providing support to our employees, assisting in daily office needs and our department's general administrative activities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Customer service and clerical experience preferred.
Valid Driver's License.
