DESCRIPTION:
Serves in a senior selling position responsible for the sales of Xerox's Production Inkjet portfolio of hardware and software.
The role requires selling into new business accounts as well as existing Xerox customers.
Duties:
Act as a subject matter expert who works closely with direct Xerox sales teams as well as other partners and channels to increase the penetration of Xerox Production Inkjet products into the marketplace.
Meet the Production Inkjet equipment and software revenue and unit quotas for a defined territory, whether sold solely on his own or through the collaboration with direct sales or indirect partners and channels.
Responsible for generating equipment and hardware sales in order to meet quarterly and annual individual/team quotas and company business objectives.
Continuous learning of Xerox Production inkjet technology and graphic and marketing communications industry trends.
Responsible for on-going pipeline development of products sold.
Engage accounts at all levels (including C-level) to understand strategic objectives and operational priorities and communicate Xerox value proposition.
Meet sales activity targets (i.
e.
executive calls, presentations, demonstrations, proposals, new prospects added, marketing campaigns).
Comply with sales reporting activities into Salesforce.

Conduct sales activities both onsite at customer locations and through virtual meetings.
Collaborate with Xerox direct sales teams as well as indirect partners and channels; develop and execute sales program management with direct and indirect sales teams.
Engage and collaborate with pricing and contracting resources to develop winning proposals.
Ensure financial governance processes are adhered to for all new business and renewal opportunities.
Telecommuting / work from home is permissible.
Qualifications:
Minimum education required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, or related field.
In lieu of a bachelor's degree, employer will accept two years of experience in client management or related experience.
Minimum experience required:
5 years of experience in selling production printing into graphic communications and/or in-plant printing operations, or related experience.
Skills required:
Must have experience with the production print industry, applications, competitors, and trends.
Must have experience and knowledge of various print technologies (digital, offset, inkjet).
Must have knowledge of various print data streams (Postscript, PDF, IPDS, etc.
).
Must have knowledge of paper types used in the printing process.
Rate of pay:
$125,000 to $155,000/yearEmployer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
